Stop in on Saturday from 9-noon at our convenient farmstand. Shop our certified organic veggies, pasture-raised meat and eggs, and a selection of other local food items from farmer friends we trust.
No need to call ahead--from May through October we are open each Saturday morning.
Do I need to be a member to shop at your farmstand? No! Everyone is welcome
What sorts of vegetables will you have? That depends on the season! We try to provide a mix of common, popular vegetables each week (with the occasional weird veggie to keep things interesting). The majority is our own, and certified organic. Occasionally we buy in veggies or fruits that we don’t grow (asparagus or strawberries, for example) from an organic grower’s coop. Anything that we have not produced will be labeled as such.
What about the meat and eggs? Eggs--we got 'em. While we do occasionally run out of particular (less common) meat cuts, our farmstand is the best place to shop for our meat if you want maximum selection. If we've got it in stock, it's for sale.
Do you offer milk? Sorry, but we are not a dairy. We do offer goat cheese from our friends at Georges Mill Farm, out of Lovettsville.
Can I shop your farmstand at another date or time? We do meet with customers by prior appointment for non-farmstand sales on any day except Sunday.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash or check is our first choice, but we can also accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Do you offer any discounts? Our farm share program allows customers to shop whenever and for whatever, all while receiving a 10% discount.
