I don't see a drop site near me--how can I get your food?
Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to explore the possibility of a drop in your area.
What happens if I can't make it to the pick up in the designated window?
You are welcome to send a friend or neighbors in your place. We charge a 15% restocking fee for any orders not picked up within the pickup window.
What if I don't see the cut I want listed, or it is listed as sold out?
If you are looking for something that is not listed, please email us. Most likely, we didn't list it because the weights are too variable to have an average (for example beef bones).
Is there a delivery charge?
Nope! Our prices already take into account the cost of packing and delivering.
